Transition to the Rainforest (Room 11a)

This is the southern extension of Room 11, where the feeling here is quite different. It is more enclosed and intimate although the diversity in planting is huge, from aloe to flax, from birches to eucalypts. The rainforest creates a middle vision boundary.

Odd as I am, (as it will appear to some) I can think of no better form of personal involvement in the care of the environment than that of gardening.
